Transferring Credits
Learn how to transfer to online school with Keystone. During the enrollment process, many students entering our online learning programs need to transfer credits from another school or homeschool program. Follow the steps below to transfer to online school:
Request Your Transcript
How to transfer to online high school begins by requesting a transcript for any school where your student has earned high school credit.
Please complete the online Transcript Request Form
Keystone will send the form to the schools listed on your student's behalf
When an official transcript is received, Keystone staff will perform a transcript evaluation and email a copy for your review
Enrollment instructions will be sent with the evaluation.

Portfolio Evaluation
How to transfer to online school from a homeschool environment requires a homeschool portfolio evaluation.
Please complete the online Portfolio Evaluation Request Form
Follow the instructions carefully and submit the completed documents to guidance@keystonehighschool.com.
Credits for portfolio-documented courses and from non-regionally accredited high schools will be evaluated on an individual basis and awarded at the discretion of Keystone administration.

Transferring Credits from Outside the U.S.
How to transfer to online school as an international student requires a foreign transcript evaluation. If your student has completed high school courses at a high school outside the U.S., contact our Student Support Department at 1.800.255.4937 to request a foreign transcript evaluation.
The Keystone School provides foreign transcript evaluation services for a fee to the specialized research and expertise needed to evaluate official transcripts from foreign educational systems.
