Most students entering The Keystone School need to transfer credits from other schools or homeschooling programs.
Requesting Your Transcript
To request transcripts from any schools where your student has earned high school credit, please complete the online Transcript Request Form at this link: https://key12.k12.com/ords/f?p=PUBLIC_KEY12:1. The Keystone School will send the form to the schools listed on your student’s behalf. When an official transcript is received, Keystone staff will perform a transcript evaluation and will email a copy to you for review. Enrollment instructions will be sent along with the evaluation.
Keystone offers a free transcript and/or homeschool portfolio evaluation for transferring students. To request a Portfolio Evaluation, download and complete the Keystone portfolio evaluation request form, following the instructions carefully, and submit the completed documents through the following link:
Credits for portfolio-documented courses and from non-regionally accredited high schools will be evaluated on an individual basis and awarded at the discretion of the Keystone administration.
Transferring Credits from Outside the U.S.
Students who have completed high school courses at a high school outside the US can contact our Student Support Department at 1-800-255-4937 to find out how to request a foreign transcript evaluation. The Keystone School provides this service for a fee due to the research and expertise needed to evaluate official transcripts from foreign educational systems.
If you have any questions about enrollment, please call 800.255.4937, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET.
* Families are responsible for making sure they are complying with Homeschool requirements. Keystone is NOT responsible to notify or make families aware of homeschool state rules/regulations. Students interested in enrolling in Keystone should register with their state's Department of Education as a homeschooled student and follow any rules/regulations that apply.
