You might have a lot of questions about what to expect from an online K12 or homeschool program. The information on this page will help you prepare for the enrollment process. Before you get started, there are just a few things to consider below.

To get started with Keystone's online elementary, middle, and high school courses, head over to our course catalog. You can enroll online or over the phone—our enrollment consultants are available to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
After enrolling in K-12 courses, your student will receive an email within 2 business days with instructions on how to access courses.

Keystone's Adult Learning Program is a monthly subscription that allows you to complete courses at your own pace, whenever and wherever is comfortable. Once enrolled, Adult students typically complete 2 half-credit courses per month.
After you enroll, we will need to receive your transcripts from previous schools to confirm which classes you need to earn a diploma. You can then expect an email with further instructions within 2 business days. All new students speak to a Graduation Advisor about their course plan before starting their courses.
You will need the following information ready to complete your enrollment. Keystone strongly suggests that you seek pre-approval from your school prior to enrolling. If you need assistance, please call Student Services at 800.255.4937.
You can purchase courses from Keystone by phone or online. If you have any questions, or you're eligible for our family or military discounts, we encourage you to give us a call.
Students enrolled in online courses will receive an email within 2 business days with instructions on how to access their courses.
If the online course includes materials such as textbooks, workbooks, etc., they will ship the business day after enrollment is successfully processed. Note that for some English courses, students are required to obtain a novel on their own.
Online students can get started while waiting for their materials by completing the Orientation course using the information provided in the email for a better understanding of the overall class experience.
If you haven't already, be sure to check your state's regulations regarding virtual learning and homeschool.
Students can expect to receive their print course materials within 7– 10 days of enrollment processing. Print course submission require students to be able to submit their assignments to the teacher on a computer once completed.

Credit recovery semester courses must be completed in 4-8 weeks (full-year credit recovery courses will be split into two semester courses). Additional time can be requested by your school counselor as needed.
When you have successfully completed the course, Keystone will notify your school, which may then choose to award credit for the course at their discretion.

Due to U.S. Treasury requirements, Keystone cannot offer refunds to students with a non-U.S. address. Money paid will be refunded upon receipt of returned course materials. To request cancellation, contact Student Services at 800.255.4937. Please note that The Keystone School is not able to accept enrollments from students located in the following countries: Crimea Region, Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, North Korea, Syria, China, India, and member countries of the EU.
