Print-Based Courses

Students can expect to receive their print course materials via first class U.S. Mail within 7– 10 days of Keystone's receipt of their completed application. Print course submission will require students to be able to submit their assignments to the teacher on a computer once completed through their Keystone student application.

Print course packages contain:

  • A welcome letter that contains the course due date will be emailed to the student and will include information for the student application.
  • All materials students need to successfully complete their program of study
  • Explicit directions and instructions designed specifically for a successful self-directed, independent study experience
  • Rules and regulations that must be followed to ensure student success

  • Credit Recovery Courses

While students can enroll in credit recovery courses at any time, Keystone recommends that students and parents first request approval from their school counselor, principal, or other authorized school official at their school of record before enrolling.

Credit recovery semester courses must be completed in 4-8 weeks, and full-year credit recovery courses will be split into two semester courses. Additional time can be requested by your school counselor as needed. When you have successfully completed the course, Keystone will notify your school, which may then choose to award credit for the course at their discretion.
