Our 3rd Grade Full-Year Physical Education Course helps your child stay active, build confidence, and develop lifelong healthy habits—all through fun, interactive lessons and daily movement!
This energizing course combines short online readings, animated demonstrations, and hands-on fitness activities that encourage students to move their bodies while learning key concepts. Each day, your child will complete exciting workouts that include warm-ups, skill-building activities, and cool-downs, all designed to match what they're learning in class. Students log their progress and reflect on their learning through simple, age-appropriate writing exercises.

- Fitness Fundamentals – Strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and heart health
- Healthy Living – Nutrition basics, tracking heart rate, and managing stress
- Safety First – Learning how to stay safe with equipment, in different weather, and on the move
