Inspire Creativity Through America’s Art and Architecture!Our 4th Grade Full-Year Art Course invites students to discover the story of American art—from the creativity of early Colonial America to the bold expressions of modern artists and architects. As they explore how art has evolved across time, students will also grow their own artistic skills, confidence, and creativity.Throughout the course, students build on their knowledge of the elements of art and principles of design, including form, texture, pattern, contrast, and balance. They’ll examine a wide range of artworks and styles, gaining inspiration from influential artists and movements that helped shape the American creative landscape.But this course is far from passive—students will actively create their own masterpieces using a variety of materials and techniques. From drawing and painting to sculpting and mixed media, they’ll experiment with self-portraits, landscapes, still lifes, and more.Whether your child is a budding artist or simply loves to create, Art 4 offers a rich, hands-on experience that nurtures their imagination and helps them express their unique perspective on the world.
