Our 4th Grade Full-Year Physical Education Course is designed to keep students active, engaged, and excited about movement—all while learning important life skills for staying healthy and strong.
Through interactive lessons, fun animations, and hands-on fitness practice, students explore a wide variety of physical activities. They’ll learn proper form, how to play safely, and the rules of different games and sports—all while building confidence, coordination, and teamwork.
Daily workouts are tailored to match what students are learning in the course and include creative warmups, focus activities, and cooldowns. These activities not only get kids moving but also help them understand why fitness is so important. Students track their progress and reflect on what they’ve learned, reinforcing key concepts.
Topics include:
  • Fitness Components: Strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and heart health
  • Healthy Living: Nutrition, heart rate, stress management, and emotional wellness
  • Safety First: Equipment use, weather awareness, and smart safety habits
  • Team & Individual Sports: Basketball, soccer, kickball, yoga, gymnastics, and more
  • Rhythm & Movement: Dance, rhythm games, and simple choreography

Character Building: Sportsmanship, perseverance, and inclusive play
