This course requires the following household materials:
- Scale for weight measurement
- Yardstick or cloth measuring tape
- Timer (smartphone, computer, or analog clock)
- Pen/pencil and scratch paper
- Masking or painters’ tape
- Workout gear (gym shoes, athletic clothes, etc.)
- Video recording device
- Two place markers (tape, rocks, cones, etc.)

- Planner or calendar
