Keystone accepts official high school transcript requests via Parchment. Note there is a $5 fee for an official transcript via Parchment.

Please send requests for unofficial high school, middle school, and K-5 academic records to the email below.

Please include as much of the below information as possible:

• Student Name
• Student ID
• DOB
• Name of requestor
• Support persons (parent/guardian) email address to send documents to
• Additional email addresses to send academic record

Please Note: Courses must be fully completed and graded before they can appear on your transcript. Please ensure all coursework is complete before requesting an official or unofficial transcript. Requests submitted before completion will be cancelled.
