Health – Credit RecoveryThis one-semester course helps students build the skills and knowledge they need to lead safe, healthy, and active lives. With a focus on real-world decision-making, students explore key topics like mental and emotional well-being, physical fitness, nutrition, disease prevention, substance abuse, CPR and first aid, and healthy relationships. Interactive lessons encourage students to apply their personal values, practice communication skills, and make informed choices that promote long-term wellness—for themselves and those around them.
