Physical Education Online Credit Recovery Single Semester
Physical Education – Credit RecoveryThis one-semester course helps students build lifelong fitness habits by exploring the core principles of exercise, including the FITT formula (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type). Students dive into the five key components of physical fitness—flexibility, cardiovascular health, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition—while learning how to safely participate in a variety of fun, real-world activities. Along the way, they’ll explore the mental and physical benefits of movement, assess their own fitness levels and stress, and develop a personalized plan to stay active and healthy for life.

Keystone Credit Recovery courses give students a valuable second chance to succeed. Designed for those who didn’t pass a class the first time, these courses provide a streamlined, supportive path to earning back credits quickly and getting back on track for graduation. It is recommended that you consult your school counselor before signing up for this class, full year and semester options are available for most courses.
